TH8: Near max or maxed
TH9: 15/15 heroes + preferred, but exceptions can be made for the right people. Must have lvl 3+ valks and lvl 5 hogs
TH10: 20/20 heroes minimum with max valks and working towardS or having lvl 2 bowlers
TH11: 30/30 king/queen minimum
