I am accepting th7s and higher but you must meet the requirements for each th lvl!
Th7: King lvl 3 and dragons lvl 2
Th8: King lvl 5+ and hogs lvl 3
Th9: king lvl 10 and Queen lvl 5
No rushed bases will be accepted!
