No. Mute only mutes that rude player for that session. If you change to different session of the same global, he will be unmuted. If you see him the next day, he will be unmuted. That is the reason, we are asking for permanent mute in which you can never ever see him again in any global in any session and in any day.

Think of it as another room within global or another instance of the same global. the point is that these features are very necessary. It will help filtering out players that beg for troops, or beg to join your clan, so on and so forth.

In certain servers, not rare at all. It is common problem. And we also see the same advertisement about clans. The same spam from the same players. Some even use bots to help them with that.

Indonesian people do not have their own server. So they go to Norsk server instead so they can meet. this is what your post said.

What I said is give Indonesian people their own server. This way they can see each other and see the world.
