Hi all,

I am a close to max Town Hall 9, and for the past few months I've been in a clan that I just wasn't satisfied with-- poorly organised, badly run, little activity in chat etc. And I just want a clan that will work for me and probably many others.

I have made the clan, it is called Ursidus ----- CLAN TAG: YGGUOQUC

1. Plan for the Clan - what I want to achieve

My aims are for this clan to become one with all loyal, active and friendly members -with a solid team of 10-15 for wars(happening every weekend) These will hopefully be advanced TH10/9/8 that can create a strong war force in defence as well as attack -- wars will be planned well for the week and reviewed during the week with feedback on 3rd party chat
Wars will also need to be run with a 3rd party chat/planning system (clashcaller.com for war and clashtrack.com to track clan progress and run a chat)

The clan will have different seasons (farming/pushing) 2-3 month farming (can just be a casual player in this season) then 1 month push.

I also want a team of elders and co-leaders that I can trust and can help run the clan properly (some of the first people- if they stay in and help- will become co/elder later on) PLEASE DON'T JOIN AND ASK FOR IT-- I'll give it to you when you have been in the clan for a short while and have contributed to it well

Active donators to the clan with everyone donating and receiving all the time (this will also count towards the co/elder role) --- maybe a 1:2 or 1:3 receive:donated ratio per cycle

The requirements for now will just be TH7+ with no rushed bases-- but when we advance together these will get higher

I would like a wide ranged clan from all over (so the clan will be active all the time) but that all speak english please
I am passed in uk and I'd like some from america, asia, aus and anywhere else!

I need some TH9's preferably to come early on and become the future co's of the clan/ general team in charge
All I ask for now is for anyone who would like to make this clan, who will be loyal and active-- ps I will not give you elder and co instantly but please understand that in making this new clan I will need to be able to trust you as a co and therefore you will have to stay :)
Also if you are happy to use the 3rd party system to help with the structure
