Do you not use valks or something? They're the 2nd most powerful and most used troop in the game (bowler is 1st, which is actually logical since its the last dark troop) and can completely demolish a base easily. Yes their hp sucks, but the last thing they need is more power.

If SC really wanted to fix valks, they would've lowered damage, increased hp, and kept their first-attack speed so they're less powerful but still useful.
