We are a new neighborhood with active players, level 86 and above. Lower level players are welcome. Derby participation is required. We work hard, help each other out, but still have a good time. Neighborhood name is Kodiaks Nittany Lions. Symbol is a Blue circle with rough edges, yellow shovels crossed over top
Hi We are BARN RAISERS would love for both of you to join our hood! We are a friendly helpful fun group! We have players level 37 to 107! We do tasks 300+ and diamond is optional! We do barn rotation as well as land! Red circle with red dog and green acre is the leader! Come grow with us while having fun!
The "Dirty Wellies Gang" would LOVE it if you joined us! We're a new neighborhood, with only three players so far, but we're looking for a few fun farmers! Our "rules" are simple: JUST HAVE FUN! Sure, we enjoy the derby (some more than others), but it isn't a requirement.

If you don't... Maybe next week? Just remember to opt out. I post friendly reminders every week, but if a farmer forgets, it's no biggie. Just remember to opt out to following week!
There are no minimum requirements. We're just here to have FUN, chat, and help each other out.
PLUS!! Rules are made by ALL members! This isn't a dictatorship... we discuss everything!
And all new members are made "elders" so they have the ability to trash tasks as needed.

Personally, if a member asks for help, I never charge more than one coin. (I like to HELP my neighbor, not make money off of them.) But if I put items in my shop for a sale, I will charge full price to those who stop by via the flyer. (Gotta make a little money somehow!)
