    TH 9.5 War base critiques needed!



    Here's the base.
    Of course, any suggestions or criticisms about the base itself are very much welcomed, but I'm mainly concerned about the empty AQ island.
    I don't even bother to attempt on defend against TH10 attacks; just on the TH9 level.

    I have an Air mine on that side to somewhat prevent Baby drag funnel, but yes baby drag funnel can easily be done. Not too sure about the suicide kind though; do you mean suicide directly into the AQ island from 2 o'clock direction, or breaking into other compartments?

    Just to verify, you want feedback on this base and what's good/bad right? Well, I assume this is what you are looking for:

    The AQ island is risky and can easily be destroyed by a Batch BK push using the IF capability and a Heal.

    A Golem followed by Wizards could easily destroy the TH, and with Hogs from behind and Witches for cleanup, it is risky to give 1 Star access so easily.

    DGB placements are good, as Hogs will easily follow this route and hopefully you can massacre their KS early if they attack from '1:00' or '9:00'. Good anticipation of their flowing movement.

    A controlled attack from '3-4:00', travelling down the right wing with a Hog KS and a Golem (or Giant in shattered GoHo) could, however easily decimate the entire right side of the base; I would switch the Tesla with the DGB and instead place it next to the Air Sweeper and TH. This would also allow for better control of a Baby Dragon attack.

    Overall, nice interesting base! Please share the results, and I am a YouTuber so a video or two if this goes well would be AMAZING! K.I.T. Good luck!

    Another thing is that the queen doesn't serve a purpose. Yes, she's well defended but she's not DEFENDING anything.

    beside the AQ ,which is not defending anything ,the base it seems pretty good , and I ll give it a try , after a I get 3starred on my base

    This style of base can always be successfully attacked by Baby Drags, so you need to consider that. I think it would work better with the AQ nearer the Elixir Storages, so that she is MUCH more effective - this way the Queen is able to shoot units using her wide Range while the buildings Tank. Otherwise, one Baby Dragon, as proven by PowerbangGaming, can actually 1v1 a Queen and win, due to enraging and high DPS! Ill post more advice once I come up with some!

    Deadzones are no longer meta. A deadzone area as large as yours makes it very easy for an attacker to control and funnel his troops in a safe way. This base wouldn't stand a chance against HGHB.

    Deadzones are no longer meta (and even when they were meta they were trivial to stomp with queen charges and simple GoWiPe) as they suffer from getting rolled by HGHB. This base heavily suffers from that.

    Thanks for all of your feedbacks! It really helps to see what other people thinks about my base.
    Just to clarify things about my Queen Island; my intention of building such queen island is to make her 'unreachable' by simple killsquad coming directly into the island.



    With this said, I've made a small change to the base by pushing the AQ further away from the storages to make her cover a bit more parts of the base while being even more difficult to access from direct entry.

    Surely, KS from 3 o'clock can take out the AQ, but that is solely responsible for the attacker's AQ or wiz, also while taking down the defending cc troops which, I hope, would enable the AQ to dish out as much damage to the KS as possible.

    As for the Baby drag funneling, I have placed an air mine at that area to shoot it down but yes, I am aware that those storages are pretty much a freebie for any units.

    Suicide King should be pretty hard, at least from my opinion, as AQ will not jump the wall to attack the BK so he would have to use jump or beat down a wall to actually get a hit on the AQ.
