Les envio este hilo para ver si podrian ayudarme ya que mi celular fue robado y con el mi cuenta de clash of clans la verdad me conecte desde otro dispositivo y todo lo que llevaba en gemas se perdio tambien se han estado gastando mis recursos y ya he invertido bastante tiempo en esa aldea y volver a empezar se me aria muy triste si pudieran darme alguna respuesta les agradeceria mucho ya que todo el proceso que llevo de pronto se ve interrumpido por otro gracias de antemano por la ayuda

You would need to contact SC in game and have them lock and ban the account for 2 days, you need to verify ownership to get the unlock code to get access back, while contacting them ask about them restoring your base gems etc.
Also change your email password that is linked to that device.
