Not too long ago, my clan OtherWorldly™ fell apart. I and some others strove to rebuild our clan and regain our past success. Rebuilding was a success, but then, I, the leader, departed on a week-long trip, causing me to be unable to oversee the clan's goings. I returned to find that my clan had fallen apart again, all my efforts down the drain. My determination remained unwavering as I sought to rebuild my clan again. This time, we achieved even greater success than before, as I had more experience in rebuilding. We attained extreme lengths of success that my clan had never seen before. Unfortunately, our success was short-lived. After thriving for about a week, we fell apart again.
I don't know how exactly to repair my clan and keep it that way. I am willing to put in any amount of effort to get my clan's success made to last. Does anyone have any advice for me?
It would be wonderful if someone could pop by and further assist me in our rebuilding process. Additionally, if any clan is willing to merge into us, PM me for negotiations. Ideally, we would like to war back-to-back endlessly, but as my clan keeps falling apart, I find that we don't have enough people to do so.
