The clan is named cyborg nation. If you need troops, just request some. Currently, I can donate everything up to dragons and also can do minions from dark barracks and will be upgrading all of that soon to get some more troops. Every troop I can donate right now except dragons and minions are at least level two. Make sure to donate to others if you join.
