Dragons are useful only when used correctly. I dont think it will change. Last time only they changed hogs favorite target to defences instead of any, cause massive rise in hog attacks. But that soon faded out with introduction of new troops. So let it be without erratic behaviors its no fun in games.
Dragons should do double damage to storages and collectors... according to stories they are very greedy

They may or may not know what elixir is, but they would certainly know if an archer tower is attacking them and they would not ignore that.
Can't remember the last time I saw a dragon attack pull 3 stars on a high lvl TH9 base. They are really only good for TH8/7 and low TH9 bases. I hate them. Painfully slow to watch.
Dude use a drag/hog attack, usually gets the 3, but if you think dragons are supposed to go for defenses, then you're base will die too. Plus the dragon troop will be too op and they will remove it. Now take a stupid dragon forever or a smart dragon for about a week or 2.
Why do so many people think that the suggestion is that dragons target only defenses? This is not what the suggestion states. The suggestion is that dragons only target defenses that are actively attacking them. If no defenses are attacking them, then they would have no preference and would just attack the nearest building of any type. I don't think that would make them OP, especially if you have a well-designed base.
It would, as one dragon would take out all the Air Defenses and leave way for loons
And they would destroy AT and WT, making way for ground troops.

One dragon would take out all of the ADs? LOL! Its hard enough to get 10 dragons to take out all of the ADs as it stands.
