Yes and no, you base looks like stronger than my base this time I upgradet to TH10 and defense attack was not stronger than TH10, but farming is hard so maybe you need to upgrade your Cannons, AQ and walls before you upgrade

from what i have heard TH10 isnt worth the loot penalty. lol but hey get those walls up, max them AT's and cannons.

upgrade everything to max, starting with mortars and wizard towers, than air defence+archers+cannons+tasela, than Xbow
After finishing with your defences, upgrade all walls to level 8 AT LEAST, will be hard, but worth it, even if you want, lvl 9 will be super good
Than, upgrade all other stuff to max - like army camps, labratory + researches, mines, stoarges, barracks etc.
After everything will be a maximum level (beside walls, they lvl 8 or more), upgrade your th to the next level
