Cure for the Common Cloud (An Idea for Legend League Gameplay)

I would def love this idea to be implemented in some way.

This week is one if those weeks were i have limited time i can play. And finding a base to recoup some losses is just impossible.

Hope this is part of the "massive" update.

Although i have decided not to push hard this season. I hope i do make it through this week with iut dropping to titan.

Seriously people, I led push clan U.S.A 2 up till a month ago I preached it all the time. Legends is the top of the game there needs to be some penalty. Time is that penalty. There is no other bases we can build so anytime you find a base it is positive cups. Get over it clouds are what they are. You don't like them drop down to t3. After a year in legends league I decided enough was enough I'm in champs 1 and doing CWL and having a blast again.

Well to reach the top of any game or sport requires years of time and experience yet I hear people all to often complaining about clouds. Yeah it is a bad "end of game" but no one ever said it had to be the end of the game. There is so much to do in this game.

Because in most things, you use that time and experience to master a tough skill. Using that time to master sitting in the clouds is not something most want to do.

There really isn't much else to do as a max TH11 -- you can war for 2 attacks every other day and that's about it.

I decided to go back to my war clan roots and learn more and help teach others the commarade of the game is one of the most appealing aspects to me.

I highly disagree with this statement. Suffering a penalty for being the best in the game makes zero sense, it should be rewarding. It is rewarding to an extent, but rather minimally. There is no reason the end game cannot be fast & furious, and most of all competitive and fun. Clouds have people competing for time (mostly) and is not entirely fun (to me).

I came up to Legend for the first time last month to experience it for myself. It could be improved immensely.

Currently at 5250 trophies.... I just timed my latest search - 2 hours 25 minutes to find a base.

5250 isn't even that high. This is pretty obnoxious for "end game" lol.

The thing that irks me is I put 3 years into maxing my base out. What else is there to do other than push now? Sure I war but that's 2 attacks every 2 days. No sense in "dropping" because what's the reason to drop? farm? I don't need to farm anything... I'm maxed...

So the only thing to really do at this point is sit in the clouds and NOT play the game up in legends league so at least I get legend trophies at the end of the season.

I have been in excess of 5600 trophies, and spent a year in legends clouds are actually better now than they were a year ago. It is all based on numbers when there is only less than .5% of players above 5k trophies your chance of landing can't be good. Every time there is a update clouds get worse cause so many drop to farm the loot. It's all a numbers game want the bragging rights and the pretty badge gotta put the time in.

Why can't end game be Player v. Player at 5000+ cups. These are suppose to be the best players. Let them throw down against each other. Winner gets the cups. That is the limiter. People will put in a really good attack but get bested by someone else. Let's get this so that person sitting at the top at the end of the season knows how to attack really well, not just able to sit around and make the most one star raids. P v. P would have no clouds. I cannot see a draw back to P v. P.
