I know we had one recently, but never too early get the next one ready. And if not that, a special edition Q and A, not for the sake of the thread or for the sake of it being mine, but because a lot of people are interested in this topic. A thread that lives for 8 months deserves a little more attention.
Unfortunately, if SC was actually working on this issue, they would be able to provide us with an update (regardless of it was part of a Q&A). If you are working on a solution to a problem, at some point you rule out certain ideas so you can focus on the one(s) you think have merit. The fact that they have not said anything leads me to believe they are not actually working on it.![]()
One to one attack - when I get hit I lose far more than I gain when i hit - I have to raid a few to stay ahead even a cup or two. Also a 24 hour shield - Seriously that is a HORRIBLE idea - no way that would not kill us up there

I don't think you understand what PvP is. In PvP you literally are attacking the same person attacking you. It is like an instant revenge. There is no "I lose way more than I win" because it will be the exact same. A very simple version would be like this: a loss is -5 cups, 1 star is 5 cups, 2 stars is 10 cups, 3 stars is 15 cups, but at the same time the enemy is attacking you with the same cups at risk.
In the end, if you do better than the guy attacking you, your trophies increase, if you do the same, your trophies stay the same, if you do worse, your trophies decrease.
I know Legends is not made to farm, but has anything been thought for the ressources?

I managed to make it to 5420. If it wasn't for my boss not caring that I clouded at work, despite company policy of no personal devices outside of breaks, I would've never have gotten that high.
If it wasn't for a home reno, I would've had more opportunity to play evenings and weekends and could've gotten higher.
Having experienced a season in Legend, the leaderboard is not about skill, but who has the most opportunity to cloud.
I won't be trying for a new trophy record until something like this is put in place, where skill and not time, determines how far you can climb.
