I joined the WAR-LORDS family in September of 2015 as a TH7. Before joining, I was in the same boat as most who started playing. Wondering what to upgrade, what attacks are best, and why does global suck so bad for finding a clan to join.
I found WAR-LORDS on this forum. It has worked out well. Members are encouraging and offer sound advice.

I joined the War-Lads family in October of 2015 as a near max TH7 looking to join a war clan. I always enjoyed wars with my roommate's clan, but they were just too casual and unorganized for me. Once I joined this family, I soon realized that the leaders had it figured out. They knew how to war and how to lead a clan to glory.
I have been a member of both clans in the family, and they are run very similarly, with the exception that war lords is a lvl 10 and has the 2 level upgrade on donation, making it easier for everyone to donate, especially with the new TH11 troops making TH8 unable to donate max troops without being in a lvl 10 clan.
I've gone all the way through TH8 and have now made the switch to TH8.5 recently. TH8.5 is not required by any means, but I thought I would do my part to best help the clan in wars, since they have helped me so much. I have had multiple mentors help me with the process of what upgrade I should do next, mostly from their own experiences of what worked well and what they wish they had done.
This is a great family to be a part of and if you are looking for a war clan (why else would you be here, looking on a forum for war clan recruitment) I would recommend at least trying us out and spending a few wars in War-Lads to see if you can dig us.
