Are you hurt from making the mistake of rushing your base and everyone judging you for it? Come join us as you slowly catch up. Just apply, telling us that you're a little rushed but in time, you'll be just as strong as everyone else. Well, because its true! We will have to determine whether or not you're eligible for war, but there's nothing a good base design and a nice 3* strat can't fix. And if you don't know what they are yet, we'll teach you! Just come in with the mindset to better yourself.
