We war 24/7
We are recruiting TH8s-TH9s only for our main clan. This helps keeps wars fair and safe, unlike those who range from TH7-TH11. We are mostly adults with lives outside the game, so if you're looking for contstant chat you wont find that here, but we have our super active and super low times. Mostly we are just a great place for adults who don't need the donation requirements or active requirements, who just want to upgrade their base and war.
We also have a feeder clan for TH7s and below (with some lower TH8s) named RIP City Jr. We put our strong low people there and they've won their first 2 wars.
But our main clan is still hoping to continue grow, even as our lowbies train up to join our ranks. We've had a core group of about 10 people for over a year now, we are a family environment and thus allow younger players, but only if they're mature and prove themselves in war. We do 15v15 wars when TH9s aren't needing to sit out for heroes.
The main struggle with recruitment is bad attitudes and young players who don't listen. This is an effort to bring in fresh members looking to grow with a solid group.
Our only requirements are:
- Maturity
- Use both attacks in war
- Opt-red if you need to sit out
- Donate what is requested
- Be willing to learn 3-star strategies
- Be understanding that some are still learning
Additionally:
- We kick if you don't listen to feedback or show that you are learning from each war.
- On that note, we have patience for those still learning, but cannot put in TH9s that don't yet know war attacks (we can cleanup a lower bad attack easy, but not high)

I have a 2nd account in the Jr. clan and our leader has 3 accounts total, one in the Jr. clan.
- Promotion to Co-Leader is given to anyone who shows loyalty to the clan and success in wars. The Co-Leaders use an app called Celly to communicate and hold votes for certain decisions.
