Anyway it isn't much of a h ack(er) if you(r friend) gave away the Game Center information. So in future never ever share that information. Not even if someone claims to work for Supercell.

You(r friend) could try to report a problem via the in-game feature and also report the person who is using you(r friend's) game. Support might be able to help you(r friend) however you(r friend) can't solve the problem. Or you(r friend) need(s) to agree with the person doing this.
