The spell has a 30 secend duration till the troops go back to normal

Level increase:1
Damage increase: 20%
Speed increase: 10
Storage:4
Cost:22,000 elixer
Town hall lvl to get it: th5 after the lighting spell.
If the troop is max lvl then the spell will just double damage to the troop and double speed.
