This is the new idea of a spell description:

Boost your troops hand with this purple stuff!

The Power spell boosts your troops attack speed when you place it! It also slightly speeds your troop.

How the spell works is your troops attack speed goes up. So this will work really well for a balloon since his attack speed is slow. It will also work well for healers cause it can speed up the healers heal.
