2) Must be max TH7+
3) Level 5 hero's minimum
4) Minimum 400 Donation/cycle
5) Attack twice in war
6) Attack within the 1st 10hours of war
7) Be active in chat, dont just request/donate all the time!
8) Download Skitck (Image editing app) and Band (Communication app)
