No it's not the same i have a air defense that has 4 days left it would cost almost 700 gems to finish out and im not gonna spend 20 bucks to buy gems to finish it however I might spend 5 bucks for 500 gems and boost my builder to get it completed faster. Even if it was 100 gems to boost 2x for 24 hr it would still be worth it for those of us that don't have mommy and daddy buying our max base for us you can't just cater to the ppl blowing all their money on the game provide ways to speed up the game for those that have better things to spend their money on than a smartphone game
