How come TH8 gets to sandbox

Because no one really cares about th8. The war community is generally th9 and above, and that community has a very big voice.

There is no legitimate argument against a cool down except the desire to have modded wars. Being that you have 6 bases to choose from, if you should have plenty to use and test even if you just updated one.

Just like the other guy you feel anyone who want this feature must want to mod Wars. Guess What? To everyone a War win not that serious. And for some, War is not the end all be all game mode. It's 47hrs for 6min of fun. So excuse me for not using my base slots the way you think I should. And for wanting to do something while I ride a shield when my storages full.

even with all new changes, TH8 is still too weak.. Th9 can easily smash war bases with gibarch+hero and other TH8 can just use gowipe for a decent 3 star chances. hogs and valks are already super powerful too.. there's no need to train for TH8

We have th8s that are frequently not threed by th8s. They soak up multiple th8 attacks, until the other clan has to use th9s to clear them. Those bases will be sandboxed unless they are protected.

It's a good valid point. We have TH8's that are quite often not 3 starred by other TH8's. This forces the other clan to use up TH9 attacks to clear them out. I like that SC has put a fix in for sandboxing but I do think it should also include TH8s.

I think supercell should add base edit cool down period to townhall 8 and below too.There are many clans where 3starring townhall 8 is very critical for their war wins, and how much attacks are spent on 3starring a townhall 8 matters a lot for many clans.

When our clan were mostly th8 and below without th9, we were having 30-30 wars anyways. So if sandbox and non sandbox gives the same result, whats the issue?

seriously? when your clan was mostly th8 and below without th9, every war was always 30-30? even if in any (no matter how few in number) of the wars, you had won or lost war by 1 or 2 stars, don't you think some th8 and below clans would want to win those few wars too?

It used to be only for a few wars, because there arent many wars that our th9 was included too. So maybe its a wrong comparison, but anyways, it is an opportunity for me to learn how to govalo. I wont leave that.
