Not signing. Keep crying, just because you want to scout nobody has to wait 48 hours to use friendly challenge.

    2. 48 hr cool-down (47?) for any *significant* modifications to a base layout/design, or over 5 minor modifications. (People who don't want 'legal modding' can't complain, since 5 minor modifications can't transform a pre-existing base into an entirely new enemy war base)

    3. No cool-down whatsoever for 5 or fewer "minor" modifications to a base layout/design. (People who want to make small tweaks a few times and test immediately can't complain)
I disagree with the 50% idea. Our clan doesn't come anywhere close to that rate. Yes, it can happen, but it's rare for us.

Even a 6-12 hour scout is fine. It doesn't have to be the full prep day

We don't have anything now, so even at 48 hours it has to be better than nothing

With how long it takes to cook an army now and people's propensity to change bases why? You can tell the strength of a base by their normal matchmaking base as well. Layouts are subject to change anyway on prep day at the most you are losing an hour of time to plan and build a full army.

In fact, I probably won't look at it again until the last 1/2 of war day, because I am usually in the top 3 of the attacks.

So, I would have 36 hours to just sit around and wait for it to be time to start planning my attack against a particular base.
i bet you don't 3 star bases lol. This is such a noob comment

    With the current solution:
    - You cannot pre plan attacks or call bases for war
    - War is now shorter because you cannot pre plan attacks or call bases. After war is started you have to start making your army.
    - Challenges are limited to whatever bases are currently available in your clan, or whatever you can convince someone to make for you.
    - It won't take too long to go through all your teammates bases.

    Here is an alternative solution:
Next to the replay button in clan wars, have a challenge button. This feature will be available after war is over. Outside of war, there will be a 48hr cooldown on all newly created bases to prevent exploitation.

    - This allows you to see exactly where you went wrong in war, and how you could have fixed it.
    - This gives you 10-50 bases to practice on every 2 days, without building them yourself.
    - This allows you to scout bases on prep day.
    - This idea will not be exploited.
I like the fact you are looking for a solution to this massive problem. Good one dude I like it!

But they could, so either they are to stupid to see being able to scout there base an extra 24 hours as a big advantage or they are too lazy to care to deny you this big advantage. Am I stupid or lazy? You can choose both if you like, would not be the first time.

If being able to scout was part of prep day it should never have been allowed to change the base a minute before the war starts as this has always been allowed it is hard to say you needed to be able to scout.

Yeah agree with this, my usual approach too, in multi I don't 3 star that often, but does happen, and attacking a lot sharpens u up for war.
