Need support help in game

I try to contact support using Help & Support in Game Setting

but i can't find the CONTACT SUPPORT button even i already click NO at "Was These Helpfull" sentence.

So.. did SUPERCELL don't want to help anymore or it is some kind of Error or Missing Feature since one gem update?

im using Android platform.. Infinix Android One smartphone type.

before the update i still can/able to found the CONTACT SUPPORT option in game, but now i cant find it even i already click NO statement at the bottom of it.
