USA3Stars is looking to grow! We war 3 times a week, and always aim for 3 stars. We are a very well structured and active clan (more during evenings and nights due to day jobs). We donate A LOT and we give what is requested.
Clans rules are simple:

War rules are even simpler:
1. Use both attacks In wars(if you can't get both attacks In then use the opt out feature.. you don't have to war if you don't want to.)
2. Aim for 3 stars with solid attacks
