You are any Town Hall Level with some war experience but not perfect. Willing learn and help others depending on your experience. Respectful to other members.
Our current requirements by TH level are as follows
TH1 - TH6: No Requirements
TH7 - minimum level 1 drags and level 1 barb king
TH8 - minimum level 1 golems and level 1 barb king
TH9 - minimum level 5 wizards, level 2 golems, level 5 barb king and level 1 Archer Queen
TH10 - minimum level 5 wizards, level 4 golems, level 10 barb king and level 10 Archer Queen
TH11 - minimum Max wizards, Max golems, level 20 barb king and level 20 Archer Queen
Our town hall requirements are not stiff but more of a baseline of where we want you to be if you want to join.
