Report also to your local police. Report both to SuperCell the police report reference number, and to the police the SuperCell reference code, which you may have to demand (keep in mind that SuperCell communications may take a round or two before you encounter a human).
Their are children playing this game who are well below the minimum per the ToS. Paedophilia-luring is most dangerous when everyone is local, and if everyone is local the local police definitely need to be in the loop.

And how exactly do you plan on getting people to verify their age? I also never knew that supercell was for discriminating people for reasons other than their language.
Access to a credit card is standard for over eighteen. For access to global, just use user supplied information, same as facebook. Same as game center. There is no need to verify, just ask and believe, it will take care of most of the problem.
SuperCell do discriminate legally in their ToS, you have be 13+.
There is no perfect way to verify the age of a player. And that's the problem about George's idea.
Also, withholding certain functions of a game restricted to the age of the player comes no where near "discrimination".
There are several things you're not allowed to do before the age of 18 or 21, depending on where you live. Or do you think it's responsible allowing kids to drink alcohol? ...
Now can you explain me where SuperCell discriminates other languages in any way?
this is one issue that bothers me too.
just like an earlier comment said, most reporting go straight to a machine: kyou have to persist for about to grades up before you start thinking of communicating with a human.
i believe setting out a reserved in-game forum for reporting these situations might help. (definitely abuses can be punished).... but expecting me to start taking screen shots and sending mails to soen support macchine might be avoidable with some report button that registers the reported statement, and maybe the preceeding lines; then put apart for some human analysis.
(and yes, we have lots of kids below 13 in the game: which should get any real human worried)
