    As a leader of my clan I think this is great. Too many people are whining about this will be supercell moding. This is great for boosting team activity. It would take too long to recreate every base in war let alone have enough members active at the same time to pull it off. If your worried about it change your base during prep day to reduce the chance of someone practicing with a similar base. Also no one can see where your traps are so place them wisely instead of just copying something off the internet. Clash on ♥♥♥♥♥es.

    I really hope something is done to limit this for war. To me, it's not about cheating or modding at all. In war, having only two attacks makes them both important. There is pressure during close wars, and small deployment issues can be the difference between success or failure.

    Being able to practice attacks many times before actually going ahead completely removes the pressure and satisfaction from a great attack strategy. Although I fully appreciate that many don't have time to create bases and practice, the truth is that many clans have members who will...and really, it will only take a few clan members engaging in this to have a big impact on the final outcome.

    The idea and concept is great, but surely something can be done to ensure war bases aren't replicated and practiced on...

    Do you know the amount of computing power this "solution" will take? Your idea means that the server will need to check the edited base aginst 10-50 bases every time the user clicks save considering the other bases don't change. That is already a programming nightmare. Read lach post in threads below this sticky & you will find out why they don't need to implement anything just let go as it is then maybe tweak as needed

    I am surprised how many comments with proposals like this or the "non friendly challenge during wars" proposal which are completely useless. It seems that people is reacting to quickly and is not thinking of the consequences of these proposals.
    It won't work beacuse people just have to go to another clan or use another account in another clan to test that particular base.

    Let's wait and see how this friendly challenge goes, and if there really is a abusing problem replicating bases, then SC can apply a solution that really works (for example 24 or 48 hours cooldown for a base before it can be used in friendly challenge).

    We all can remember at least a couple of times when we were told to go with it. People are vocal about it because we've been burned in the past. Friendly Challenge will be abused if it's allowed during battle day. And even if it's not abused by the majority of players, the suspicion will always be there. I can see the posts moaning about CW losses already

    i think it is something from fantasy scientific movies. you really think sc will or have the power to detect all 50 designs in war and see if someone copy them to block it

    Please tell me what you guys think abt my idea.
    do you really think sc could or would bother to detect 50 war bases and see that someone tries to copy one of them. and concider the number of clans in war at the same time. really some people watch too many movies where hackers can leak any kind of info and access anywhere.

    Come on now I'm th9 lv20/20 Heros my last 7 war attacks have been 3 stars the one I just pulled off was against lv29/25 Heros. The good players won't need this update.

    Unlimited and free challenging on bases of clan mates is good for (almost) everyone and fairplay will still be there because the playing field is even for everyone!
    The only ones for who this is not so good are the people with the internet bases everyone now allready can dream. That will be the bases everyone will kill after the update.

    Offcourse there will be people no-life-ing and rebuilding all enemy bases. But as long as you can do the same and more important can upgrade you're own attacking and three star skill there's nothing to worry about!

    So i hope that after this update everyone will be more creative in base- and army building and will practice alot so attacking skills will go up and clanwars and battles will be even more epic!
