The only requirements are, NO RUSHED BASES, ALWAYS DONATE CORRECTLY(IE WHAT THE OTHER PERSON WANTS), ALWAYS ATTACK TWICE IF U ARE IN WAR, AND ALWAYS MAKE SURE WAR CC ARE FILLED UP WITH THE REQUESTED TROOPThere are no asking for promotions unless you really feel like you have earned it, Although elder is free, co is earned by my trust and war performance, NOTHING ELSE, The types of players needed at the moment are strong active and good in war.
