Be glad there is even a level11 or all your subsequent xp would just vanish into quicksand after reaching lv10 ...it was made pretty clear from the outset that the perks stop at 10.
I think thats fair enough, it takes months and months to reach lv10. How are newbies supposed to reach the end if the end keeps being moved further and further away?
Truth is, the more clans reach lv10 an 11 and beyond..the members of these clans usually don't need any of these perks as they are approaching max base status.
So congratz on lv11!! Clash on!

I would go for that if they took all clans that had a modder banned and wipe out those wars.
Eventual my even bad clans will become lvl 10, I think moving it forward makes sense, once th8 was max. I see no harm in minor perks for more lvls.
What's so strange about this request is that it's so remarkably reasonable. You're simply asking for refund to go from 50% to 60%. Seems fair. Are you sure you're posting this on a CoC message board?
