Is it still worth it to upgrade valky?

I concur with the the rest, absolutely worth it to upgrade valks. They were worth upgrading before the buff imo.

I'm wondering if it's still worth it to start upgrading valkyrie?
My lvl of valkies now is 1

I suppose they will get nerfed, but it would be sad to see them nerfed when I finally get them at a decent level.
I've been postponing their upgrade for my heroes (AQ 40 and BK going to 37)

For a long time, there has been a prevailing attitude in the game: "Valkyries are not worth the time to upgrade" ..


That has never been true.


Valkyries have ALWAYS been worth the upgrade!


Now, an attitude towards Bowlers is starting to build: "Bowlers are not worth the time to upgrade" ..


At some point, a lot of players are going to rush some back to back upgrading through the laboratories :-)

Valks are definitely worth upgrading, hopefully they won't get nerfed; I mean what did people expect? They were terrible before. I prefer ground attacks, and since witches had some changes I had to go with valks.

Valks were never terrible, When they added the splash damage it screwed them up a little IMO. But with the faster wind up, they're close to what they once were. Im still not a fan of the splash damage & often watch a few get wasted just trying to maneuver to get to 2 buildings at once. Besides that I have no complaints.

Should I go for valks or for king?

If you haven't finished your elixir upgrades yet, I would do king first and keep the elixir lab rolling. If you maxed out the elixir lab, then do valks and try to farm de for the king

Our clan has been smashing bases using the new valks. Max defense 10's with ~35/35 heroes getting 3 starred by our 10 with 25/25 heroes. GoVaHo, GoVa with Queen Walk, they are just a menace right now if you know how to deploy them.

Why worry about a nerf? That's a losing mentality. Even before the update lvl 4 valks were awesome at th9 so a nerf won't exactly make them useless (like they are at lvl1, cough cough).
