Is it still worth it to upgrade valky?

I'm wondering if it's still worth it to start upgrading valkyrie?
My lvl of valkies now is 1

I suppose they will get nerfed, but it would be sad to see them nerfed when I finally get them at a decent level.
I've been postponing their upgrade for my heroes (AQ 40 and BK going to 37)

Should I go for valks or for king?

Valk 5 is a beast, a very nice ginger beast

I'd go with valks tbh, but since the cost is low on lower levels, go for valks while BK is upgrading

I would do it, they are fun. Even if they get nerfed at some point, they might come back

Even valk 2 is worth it at th8. Haven't found a th8 base that I can't govaho.

I've got 2 accounts (TH11 & 8). My 11 has lvl5 valks, and I can tell you (on the rage) they plow through everything. I donate them to my TH8 and watch 3 of them single handedly kill an attack before it makes it through the first set of walls. They are beastly. Get them.

You have to upgrade everything sooner or later. So if you have the lab & loot available why not? Even if they do get nerfed, I'm pretty sure they'll still be better than your level 1's.

This. I reccomend upgrading them. A good sign is that their has been a balancing update after the valk buff where they weren't touched besides quicker traning time. If supercell viewed them as extremely overpowered they probaly would have nerfed in the latest update. Now obviously they could still be working on a slight nerf for them and trying to balance out a valk nerf but I wouldn't think supercell would want to let a way over powered troop stay in the game that long.

Absolutely no question, do whatever it takes, get an Itunes gift card for your birthday, sell your soul, whatever, but definitely upgrade valks asap. They are the only decent troop right now at TH11. I wouldn't be playing if it weren't for valks. There really is no other troop that works at TH11, it would be beyond frustrating attacking.
