Private messaging in clash of clans

I have recently thought of a new idea for clash of clans - private messaging between players. Currently, the only way to communicate with your clanmates is by going in the chat which is open for the whole clan to see. This creates issues, however, when leaders of the clan are debating whether or not to kick a player or purposefully leave them out of an upcoming war. I myself have been in this situation multiple times, and it always ends up the same; I have to say that I think a certain player should be kicked, and they themselves can see that. This becomes extremely awkward if the decision is not to kick them - then this creates tensions throughout the clan. With private messaging, none of this would have to happen, a clash player could choose who their message is delivered to, which I think would benefit everyone.

Just use a separate communication app such as LINE or Bindle. Also this has been posted in the wrong subforum.

I know it's been ruled out but I agree that it would be nice. Most of my clan won't bother communicating with a separate app, as a clan leader this would be a very useful feature.

Ye i dont understand why it should be ruled out l, can't think of any reasons why it shouldnt be allowed.

There are a couple of ruled out ideas that have already been added to the game.
