I would suspect SuperCell to wait a little bit, give offenders plenty of time to remove the TPA and play legit- before dropping the hammer again.
On a side note, I hit a fat TH10 dead base this morning. Checked out the clan afterwards...all 18 mates are unranked, and bases destroyed. Even the TH3 accounts at the bottom of their clan. It would appear this one took a heavy beating from the octopus.

They already gave them plenty of time, way more then most companies. The temp bans happened 2-3 weeks after the Fair Play Committment post, then the 2 week temp ban which is plenty of time to remove the mods. Well... they never mentioned anything about bluestacks being banned... but knowing bots utilizing COC emulators... maybe Supercell decided to include Bluestacks on the banned list but never made it public to throw off the botters.
