We just started this clan because we were tired of going throu clan saying they are a war clan then only half participates or they have no war plan. So yes we are a lvl 1 clan and don't have crazy good perks. But with your help we can move up fast. We have 2 th9 and a th8 in the clan. We are looking for th7+ ppl who want to war and help grow a clan. We don't care a bout donation ratio just getting stars and winning wars.
