Right now , if zapping comes back , i will b on recieving end as i always have high amount de in storage , so a BIG NO.

I could care less if they brought it back, but don't for a second call it fair.
You can't defend against zap. That means it's not fair.
DE zapping never left. Just find a couple of full LV6 drills and go ham.
