Today our clan was doing a 20 v 20, and their number 18-19 was TH9 and TH5, mind you our 18-19 are only Th10. It's unfair that they can even get away with that. Number 19 also 3 star number 4. Anything that can be done about that?

So your #18/19 are higher town hall level than their #18/19? I don't think I follow. Are you complaining that their engineered bases aren't as good as yours?

Please explain what is unfair? Do they have xmod? No? Any other 3rd party apps that modify experience? No?

Imo engineered bases are cheaters. Plain and simple.
yes it's allowed by supercell and yes supercell hasn't worked out how to match them correctly.
but these bases want to prey on lower bases. How could you be happy with winning like this.

im a maxed th9. I want to battle my level as it chellenges my skill set. If I had to attack a th8 all the time I would lose interest and feel dirty about the win.
this example just happened to our clan. Th9.5 which had maxed Heros and troops ko'd our top th9. Skilful? Nah dirty tactics ya.
but it's legal and with in the rules.
if u can't beat me I guess I'm forced to join em. Massive shame supercell. This can't be the way u want this game to turn.

It's cheating to the max, they have bases set as anti lure, the cc troops alone can wipe the same number# player out, the cc troops alone! It's madness
So your 18 and 19 should be able to get 6 stars off their 18 and 19 if they got no defences?
If it's within the rules, and allowed by Super Cell, it isn't cheating.
Like it or not, it's a viable strategy. Want to beat them? Make a better strategy, or make better attacks. Plain and simple.
