No Promos For Inactive And Non-Warring People. Stay In Clan For 3 Weeks And Get Elder. Get Co-Leader When You Are Really Active , Take Good Care Of The Clan , Stay Forever And Help The People In The Clan. Also Getting 36 stars In Clan Wars Will Help You Get Co-Leader.
