This has been ruled out for now and I hope that there will be no such machine. It is one of the charmes of this game. Just don't plant too many trees and bushes and harvest only what you need. Then you will see that you have enough axes and saws. Also keep always some in stock as you will get more from your animals, secret boxers and the townpeople then. Good luck.
I agree with Hknorrie. I don't want this machine either. This will make it tooooo easy to get the axes and saws and then that will lead to boredom. There should be some challenges to the game. And I think this is one challenge. Sure, I run out of axes fast. Sure, I have a hard time getting axes. I do have to think what I need more from tom, sometimes--axes or another item. In fact, I had gotten a few axes from townies and pets, just recently!
Completely agree, the machine is not needed if you only harvest what you need. I currently have 8 nectar bushes and 16 of each of the bushes and trees all in their own stage of development. One set of 4 is on first harvest, one set is on 2nd harvest, one set on 3rd harvest, and one set on last harvest. I never run out of saws & axes
