New Idea: Private Clan Charter/Bylaws/Code

I'll keep this super simple...

Right now, CoC has a method to add a "description" for your clan... which is fine. But I think we need an extensive, private informational page than can be updated by the clan leaders to dictate clan rules and procedures.

Example:

Welcome to insert clan name here!

We have a couple of basics rules we'd like all members to follow:

1) Always attack two spots below your mirror for your first attack in war (unless there are no available targets).

2) If you don't three-star your first target, attack lower (unless there are no available targets).

3) Always attack with clan troops. We will donate, there are no excuses!

4) Always donate archers to war castles.

5) Please only request "any" or "defense" during non-war times. And when requesting for war, please specify exact troops desired.

6) Elder will be earned after.... blah blah blah.

You get it. The reason we need this is because every time new members are recruited, it's difficult to re-explain the basics of our expectations (especially in a rolling chat window that expires).

Most importantly, this information needs to be PRIVATE. We shouldn't have to sacrifice our war/clan strategy by putting the information in a public description box that is readable by the enemy!

Solution: Just make a website or something that has all of your clan rules OR dont have strict and long clan rules, just let people attack who they want to attack, not who you force them to attack.

Totally agree having a third party chat app or even a web page is the best solution for this, BUT if you want a successful clan you must have a set of rules for as much to be fair to everyone in the clan.
Just attack who they want to????? What are you thinking!!!
