Currency Exchange Hut

It's just like the title said, a hut that can exchange
-Gold to elixir
-Elixir to gold
-gold / elixir to dark elixir

The gold/elixir hut would cost : 150 to 300 gem.
there are 3 level.
- level 1 : exchange rate 3:1
- level 2: exhange rate 2.5:1
- level 3 : 2:1

Each exchange cost 5 to 10 gem , this prevent clasher to exchange small amount of loot. And each level upgrade cost gem.

Similar to above , dark elixir exchange hut.

There 2 level:
-Each level upgrade cost gem
Level 1 exchange rate : 150: 1
Level 2 exchange rate : 100 :1

I have 2 account player CoC , Max th11 and mid th9 , which I never buy gem and both have 5 builder hut. so personally I don't think gem is that hard to find. All you need to patient and time to save up.
