Clan Name: Baby Got Back

Clan Mission: Provide a fun and mature environment to conduct clan activities and clan wars on a regular basis. Looking for mainly players 18+, but will give consideration to anyone that shows maturity. Ideally, we would like to have war going pretty much constantly.

Why join Baby Got Back?: While we are a new clan, myself and the other co-leader's have had a good deal of war experience, and have TH8's and 9 of our own in the clan. We would like this to not just be another ordinary clan, but one that shows superb fighting ability in clan wars and positive feedback in clan chat. It is on each and every member to work with one another to make each other better, not tear each other down. I feel that in Baby Got Back, we can foster a clan that helps its members develop strategies and improve their overall performance in the game while still having fun.

About us: The clan is currently run by myself and two friends, with our average age being about 21 years old. As stated before, all ages are welcome, but members must show a certain level of maturity.

Rankings: Clan rankings are earned, not given. More senior members who have demonstrated their prowess in battle will be given proper evaluation based on time in clan and performance in wars. It is our belief that the strongest and longest-standing members of the clan should be viewed as Elder's based on their wisdom and ability to not only perform, but help others that need it.

War Rotation: Preferably, I would like to see that no one sits a war, but it is inevitable. If you sit out a war, barring any external circumstances, you will be rotated back into the next one. This will continue on a war-to-war basis. Assuming everyone is performing at an equal level, it would just simply rotate war-to-war.

Clan War Size: We will begin warring when we have a solid 10 to war with. This by no means implies that our desired war capacity is 10. I would love to do as large scale of wars as possible as long as our member base can support it and perform adequately. We have adopted a "The more the merrier" policy.
