Level 7 Clan "Reborn By Fear" Looking for all sorts of new members!

I'd first off like to thank you for taking the time to even read this thread and consider joining. I am the founder and leader of the clan called 'Reborn By Fear'. First off, let me give a short introduction to my family...
We are a 2-year old, level 7 constant small war clan (as of lately) with 32 members and 126 war wins, with our highest streak being 14 (I push for our guys to regularly get 3*!). But we do not only war... We enjoy farming and the occasional trophy push as well! We work hard in war but we have a good time doing everything else. We are based in the Eastern U.S. primarily, but we currently have/have had members from all over the world! Including: Sweden, India, UK, Indonesia, Canada and some others I'm sure I'm forgetting! We contain all ages, youngest being about 14 or 15, to oldest being about mid-30's. Most fall in the age range in-between. We are a VERY friendly clan, and also very helpful, mature, and respectful. People that join generally absolutely love it here, and I would like to keep it that way!
I'll get straight to the point with what I am looking for now...
1) I do not care what town hall level you are, as long as you are NOT rushed. And if you plan to war, can carry your own weight. Rushed town halls are practically useless, and definitely cannot carry their own weight in war. This being said, I DO know the difference between rushed and new, so please don't be turned off if you just got to a new TH level and have some low defenses!
2) I would very much appreciate it if you read mails. In fact, this has been such an issue in the past, I would suggest only reading on if you read mail... Still here? Great! We send them only when it is important. Generally, it is not time urgent, but if you are in war then it very well may be! This is probably one of the most important things.
3) Most importantly... Activity! If you only play maybe once or twice a day, then sorry, I don't think we are the clan for you. In fact, part of the reason I am posting this thread is to cut the dead weight! So no point in adding any more to the clan. I am willing to take multiple accounts from the same person into the clan, assuming that you are active on both of them about equally. But all I ask is that you are actually PART of the clan you join. This means talking to us occasionally!
4) You may have realized I said "IF" you plan to war in the previous 3 sections. This is not a typo! I really do give you the option to opt in or out, and I would greatly suggest using that option, even if you don't end up joining my clan! I am prioritizing activity over warring. (If you do not plan on warring with us, you can skip section 5) If you do not want to war with us, that's ok! You can still join! I would just prefer you are online to donate to those that are in war if necessary.
5) So you want to war with us, huh? That's what I like to hear! Now... I'm sorry if this seems a little rude, but I don't want you if you don't know what you're doing! :/ I can't tell you how often someone joins, and I take my own time to train them and tell them the rules etc., and they just end up leaving, or failing in war, or disregarding my orders for them to make a war base that actually has a double giant bomb spot (Sooo much to ask of, I know ). So please, for my own sake, please know good war strategies! Have a good war base! I would so greatly appreciate the help, you don't even understand Not to mention; if I see/hear you helping give good valuable advice, that's a quick way to get promoted... just saying

Edit: I have decided to get rid of the application process, as I may not be checking this feed daily. So if you qualify for all the things I'm looking for above, then please feel free to request to join the clan! If you for some reason would like to take the app, then copy it from Dragura in the comments. Otherwise, if you'd like to join, type in "I saw Fear's clan recruitment post" or something of the sort on the request to join, and we'll let you in! Thanks everyone.
