Help build and lead a new war clan: ShortBusKaraoke

This is my 2nd go round after losing my 1st account. I've been a member of some great clans, and some poorly run clans and am looking to start a new war clan with some great COC'ers that are looking for a new start, early leadership and the ability to influence the culture of a new clan.

I am not looking to be controlling or overly serious but losing is no fun, I'm looking for some capable leaders to help recruit and formulate rules for the clan.

Members with all levels of experience are welcome however there will be strict rules enacted making it easy for leadership to deal with clan issues.

1. English Only
2. After initial clan leadership is formed, promotions will be based on war performance and contribution at the discretion of leadership.
3. No Rushed bases, no exceptions.
4. Adult humor and ball busting will not only be tolerated, it will be encouraged, and foul language is going to happen, embrace it.
5. There will be an attack strategy but if there are questions as to types of attacks or choosing of targets discuss with clan and leadership.
6. Be open to constructive criticism and be willing to learn new attacks and base layouts from various sources.

These are my basic rules. There will be more, hopefully you'll help establish them.
