The gypsy witch loves to watch a battle between two great armies , and has a great hatred towards that army that just left your village in ruins and more importantly broke her carts spilling her valuable gold, elixir, and dark elixir. For a small "cough, cough" fee she can use her crystal ball's powers to get your army in under their village's shield and help you get revenge for both of them...
The gypsy witch is a new hero available to be purchased at th9, but only available to be used by players in Titan League and above.
What she does. She does not defend your base or offer any assistance in attacks, instead she allows a user in the titans and legends league to attack any user on their revenge list who is currently under a shield, and not online. She should not work against players who are under a village guard or currently online. The revenge attack should not add time or delete any time from the attacked player's current shield. It will, however, take time off of the attacker's shield, just like a normal attack will. She is limited to revenge attacks and not new opponents (after all, they didn't break her carts).
While she has a set cost to purchase (perhaps 6M gold), she also costs 2000 dark, 200K elixir, and 700K gold to activate her crystal ball and allow the attack to occur. The gold cost on the attack acts as a game gold sink at the highest level, and will allow top players to spend resources when they have nothing left to buy. This will give them some resource space to get the treasurer achievement. It should also act as a limit on how much you can use the gypsy witch. The dark elixir and elixir costs, also work as a sink in this manner but players already have a method of using those in building troops and spells, which is why those are much less than the gold cost.
In essence she is a trophy pushing assistant who adds a means to alleviate the wait time at the highest leagues, while not adding to the clouds. The added bonus is if you are never attacked (available to be attacked), you can't use her, but people can use her on you. So you will want to be available to be attacked because then you can use her for a revenge attack.
I think she will make the top level end game much more enjoyable.
