Hello, saw your post and am considering leaving my clan and joining yours due to lack of battling commitment among members and unorganized leadership. My cousin appointed me coleader in order to run his clan while he was tdy but we have so many slackers that either don't battle both battles or don't battle at all. Now that he's back he isn't taking charge of the clan. I have three other members that may follow, two of which are very strong (about the size of your top three). Just wanna make sure we are making a sound move since I don't like changing clans and I am a very dedicated member once I am happy. I don't move around, this will be my first change btw, and all four of us like wars. Idk how two of the people will like weekend wars but that's for them to choose. Right now our war frequency is the same as yours so we are used to that and wouldn't be against twice a week. The lowest TH among us is level 8 and all trophies are above your minimum of course. We are finishing a war this morning and depending on very few things I may wanna join by tomorrow, just wanted to make sure you are still taking members.
Hey there Acjoseph ~ we will always be recruiting unless we hit capacity but I don't see that happening anytime in the near future. We look for dedicated members who are in it for the long haul and will not bounce within a week. As creator of the clan, I can tell you leadership is organized and is there to help guide members and make decisions. Leadership is earned in the clan and not given as stated in the post. In regards to war, for right now, since we do accept farmers as well, is a 10 person affair. We want to expand to 15 person and eventually 20 person wars and beyond but won't unless we have people dedicated to attacking. While we only war once a week on the weekends, we do expect those who volunteer (we have a mid week war roll call) to use both attacks. Our win record has been less than stellar with wars to be honest. Alot of this has to do with unbalanced matchups as the level of our participants vary so wildly and newer members still learning the finer points of war attack strategy. We are coaching them up but would like to bring on higher level bases who understand war such as yourself and will be dedicated weekly participants.
We're a great bunch of guys that like to chat and talk clash and always love to add members who can be contributors to Grizzly. If your still interested come on over whenever you feel like it...we'll leave the lights on lol
Talked to our leader and we are considering consolidating our clan and maybe all of us good players move over to your clan. Not sure yet but would y'all take another 7 members? We are gonna wait another week and see if we can motivate the slackers enough to listen and war, if not then we may all wanna make the move. I may wanna switch over at first, make sure y'all are legit and then move everyone over. Just wanna make sure the move is good. We would be bringing some decent players, one of our members, if she wants to switch, is ridiculously advanced and loves to be a team player.
Not a problem we can accommodate 7 new players so long as they are all active and participate. Would be nice to get some fresh players in war that can help mentor our younger players on the finer points. Completely understand you wanting to check things out first. Jump on over whenever you want
