To Supercell: It is too strict in banning. people are getting dislike real quick

Hey supercell, I would like to ask that "Is it really necessary to be that strict?" When i was using xmod to open ' agario ',I press the "launch" bottom and found out that I opened "clash of clans" After a few seconds, I closed it. But it was to late. I knew that mod is unfair to other players,but i didn't mean to use it or even open it as i didn't even use any cheating stuff. And now I was banned. It is insane.
More and more people was banned of it which render people's anger and raging. More and more people are having negative comments and more and more of my friends or clanmate become inactive or some of them had ceased playing it. You(supercell) keep doing it will causing lost of players and fans.
Also CLASH OF CLANS is always the first choice. Clash royale seen to be fun and addictive. But this kind of 'opening chest' game won't be long. So if one day Clash royale lost players and fans. Clash of clans will also lost players rapidly.

#So please stop doing thing that cause players to feel dislike.

News Flash - people that cheated got a two week ban. As it has been less than one week I would hazzard a guess that *ALL* of them became inactive and ceased played - and it really wasnt their choice to stop cheating, er, I mean playing. It was by intent so I would say the ban is working quite well actually.

As for losing lots of cheaters, er, I mean players - you expect *anyone* to feel sympathy that cheaters, er, I mean players will quit?

It's always frustrating to see your friends get angry or upset and to see them leave the game out of frustration. Now you know what legitimate players have been dealing with for years while you cheaters corrupted the game.

If you stop cheating, delete and purge the software from your device, you won't get banned and the rest of the community will be happier. Sounds like a win-win situation for everyone. It's your move.

I'm guessing by the time you removed it SC already ran their detection tool and flagged your account. Cheating has *ALWAYS* been a violation of their TOS. Your ban is a punishment for your cheating. That is not a system failure. Thats a system success.

I'll give you guys some props - you got big kahunas coming on here and admitting your past cheating and asking to have your ban reverse. I'd be so embarrassed if it was me that I am not sure I'd ever play again, let alone come on and let the world know.

OK, first you have to install the xmod CoC tool in order to even launch the app from xmod. You can install xmod and it will do nothing until you install one of the app tools. SO YOU LIE!!! BUSTED!!! you did have it installed and you were using it before. You CAN install xmod and NOT install the CoC tool. It was not an accident you opened CoC from xmod, you had done it before, if you hadn't it would have asked you to install the tool.

But the main thing is I didn't fxcking use the tool...........I just open it by accident when 8 am launching the other game.U saying i am a cheater. Yes i am but in agario and cheating for zooming..... Hahaha

Dude, you used mod and got banned. The forums are your enemy now, because nearly every decent person here has either never CHEATED, or did, but ACCEPTS the consequences.
