Hey Clashers, WE BUY GEMS clan is selectively recruiting a few new mates. We generally fight 10 vs 10 or 15 vs 15 wars, and would like to add some fresh blood.

War is nonstop. If that does not interest you, then no need to read further. Of course we allow (and encourage, when needed) Opting Out, but we are a war clan. Our roster is filled with clashers who are here to fight.
Members are TH8-TH10.5. XP Lvl upper 70s up to the 130's. We are located in North America, SE Asia and Europe. We start wars throughout a twelve hour window, one after the other. Working backwards and when we reach the end (beginning) of that window, we reset the start time and then begin fighting back to back again. This gives everyone some prime time wars.
War Victory is comprised of adult clashers who enjoy war. The average person in the clan has 600 - 700 war stars, but many of our newer mates have far fewer.
Fun group of people. No egos. We just get it done when it comes to war.

TH8s No New Th8s please. We will work with you to develop into strong war player, but you must have your TH8 offense and defense reasonably-well developed.
TH9's Must have at least one, preferably multiple viable three star war attack strategies

TH9's and Up MUST HAVE 200++ WAR STARS. No exceptions, sorry.

We do not. We ask that you be "fair" with your donations, though.
I'm the best clasher in the world, and I want to hit enemy targets of my choosing regardless of clan strategy and guidelines, are you ok with that?
Umm, no. We have a system, and it works well. A good war clan doesn't need the best clashers in the world, they need a plan and mates who execute the plan.
I want to be able to opt out of wars, is that OK?
Absolutely yes, but we strongly prefer that you fight in several wars with us when you first join the clan.
Do you use any tools outside of CoC?
Yes, we use Clashcaller and Bindle.
Will I be kicked if I don't three star my target?
Short answer is definitely not. We don't boot for a bad attack. But, over time, you must show improvement. You must show the capability and desire to learn how to hit more effectively. No war clan needs more 60% two star GoWiPe hits on an enemy TH9 war after war. We will help you with new strategies and hopefully you will help us develop our skills. It is our view that a one star 55% hit early in the war that had a chance for three is infinitely better than a two star hit which had zero chance of being three.
How long has the clan existed?
We were formed in mid July 2014. Many of us left a leaderless war clan in order to start fresh.
Can I bring my mini account into the clan?
Once you have earned Elder status, you may bring an additional account into the clan. You must set the Opt in/out flag to red, and we will pull you onto the war roster as needed by the clan.
What happens if I don't use my attacks in war?
War Victory clan is a dedicated war clan. As such, we cannot afford to have our members missing attacks. If you have not attained Elder, and miss attacks without contacting us (either in game or through Bindle) to tell us there is a Real Life issue preventing you from hitting, you will be booted. It's harsh, but we're all adults, and we must be responsible to our fellow clanmates. If you are an Elder and miss an attack, perhaps for the first time in a long time, then we will simply remind you to contact us with a heads-up. If you are an Elder with a warning, you will be demoted. And you must earn Elder status again. Future missed attack(s) while non-Elder will earn a boot.
If a clan does not have discipline, then they cannot achieve consistent results in war. This is our philosophy, and we believe it to be fair for everyone in the clan.
