The suggestion is that when a player is full of a specific resource, players attacked by him no longer loses that kind of resource.
For example:
A player's gold and elixir storages both have 8000000 capacity, and currently has 7900000 gold and 1000000 elixir.
If he attacks a player who has 300000 gold and 300000 elixir available and gets three stars, he should only get 100000 gold and 300000 elixir, and the player being attacked should only lose 100000 gold and 300000 elixir.
